Default LS6 intake swap problems again !!!!!!

PLEASE HELP..........
Next problem

On the drivers side, there is a tube running to the front of the intake. There is 2 T'd things coming off of it ( one towards the front and one towards the back ). They both have electrical connectors going to them. The one in the back has another exit tube ( ?!?!) coming from it.
The piece of tube connected to it right now is only 2 1/2 " long. Where is the rest and where does it go ?
*The main line is fine going to it- just the rear t'd part is the problem

This is why i usually pay people to do my work !!

I assume you're talking about the water crossover tubes. You need to get two block off plugs for the rears (where the tubes connect to the heads) and a LS6 crossover for the front, and toss the tubes away. Any electrical lines on the valley cover are for the knock sensors, those black round things on the valley cover. Leave them alone.

No, the tube is on top of the drivers side valve cover. Running from front to back. The front goes into the drivers side front of the intake ( on the side of the mouth of intake ). The line goes back into a box located on the valve cover then runs more towards the rear and goes into another box. That rear box is the one. The line is for vaccum or something. both boxes have electrical connectors also..

Let me first say I have an 02 so it "may" be different but I did look on my parts CD and the parts between the 02 and the 97 look the same. The EVAP line looks like a snake with ribs from the firewall to the solenoid and the same from the solenoid to the front of the intake. Below is a photo of the solenoid to firewall hose. Two questions, can you get any other photo's as I don't personally recognize that item from the view in your photo. Second, do you know where the hose originally ran on the LS1 intake prior to removal? It could be that someone swapped the original lines for rubber hoses.

on my 97, the port closest to the electrical connector is not connected to anything. In the pic with the line circled in red, that one connects to the line that runs to the front of the motor
