Suspension Q's - Help, please!
I have a 01 Coupe with base suspension. I plan on doing no racing, but want a suspension that I can drive hard on the road.(2nd childhood!)
My choices:
1. Shocks - Z51, Z06 or Bilstein Sports?
2. Bars, front and rear - Z51, Z06 or Hotchkis
3. Springs - Z51, Z06 or ???
My first thought was Bilstein Sports and Z51 bars only, but am I not "completing the change if I don't change out the springs, too?
Your feedback is appreciated.

Z06 bars and springs. And maybe the billstiens I've heard good things about them.

I would go with the Z06 or Z-51 bars and the Bilstein shocks to start. The install won't take nearly as much time/effort as the springs and may be all you need. You can always do the springs later if you feel you want them. Also, you can find great prices on used springs, bars, and shocks in the "Parts for sale/wanted"section.

I've done the Z-51 shocks/bars over my base and I like it a lot.
Plus it is cheap, $100 for new shocks and $80 for bars.

I'm planning on just doing the Z06 sway bars only at this time. I'm unsure on what shocks to go with right now.

Unless you're willing to spend $900+ The bilstein sports are your only option.

Re: Suspension Q's - Help, please! (golfnwatchesnc5s)
I recently changed my F45 suspension to Z51 bars & it made quite a difference. Much flatter in turns=> more fun.
I have an extra Z51 front bar for sale, if you're interested.
