Any feedback or knowledge on Progressive Spray Systems/Maximizer for NOS?

If I went with the maximizer does this make using 150hp jets that much more of a mild application becasue of progressive/gradual application. Will the usage of the maximizer save the life of my engine and thru the 1/4 traps does the maximizer give you the same e/ts than if I just set up normal application with all other safety bells and whistles such as rpm window pills and wide open throttle activation, etc. Any feedback with the maximizer or other progressive systems is aprreciated.
Looking forward to a ten second street machine, but can't afford to toast my engine which I have many $$$$$ invested into.
Thanks,

Also, as far as the engine goes, it should handle the shot without any difficulty as long as nothing goes wrong electriconically. Component failure such as solenoids, relays, improper wiring, etc seem to be the only causes of major damage I have seen with a small shot on a stock engine and a progressive system would probably not have stopped these from happening.
Also I don't really care for how a progressive system SURGES the solenoids to simulate the percentage of flow the progressive system is telling it to do.
I think my plan if I was you would be to get a perfectionist install where everything is 100% tested and installed correctly and go make some runs and see what you think. I know that tranny of yours can hold up to some abuse :)

Wanna do 150 NOS , NNNNNOOOOOOOOO , don´t you really... :D :D :D :D
Just a joke!
Now, Matt said the most.
Save the money for the maximizer and get a clean install.
Look for all goodies and intstall them.
Never spray under 3000 and the drivetrain is save.
If your car is like mine (you have more NA hp yet because of your head/cam that I haven´t in yet) then it will be enough to start spraying at the end of 1st gear, on bad traction maybe at the beginning of 2nd.
So no problem there.
And as you have a good tranny :D that shifts very fast :D even on the
2-3 shift:D you should not have any problems.
Hope that helps,
Michael
See ya in the 10`s brotha!!

How are you my friend. How many 150 shots do you have thru that rocket of yours. How is your tranny holding up?
Never offically heard what heads and cam you decided to go with. See Matt G. on ARE heads and cam which seem to rock well. When is your heads and cam going on. :D

From your sig I see that you have a heads/cam setup and are making probably about 400RWHP. Also I notice you do have a 1998, so you have the slighlty larger fuel pump and injectors. Your fuel system should be good to support 500RWHP, but I would install an after market adjustable fuel pressure regulator just to make sure. Install the kit and use a wide open throttle switch, a window swtich (3k-6k), and a fuel pressure safety switch. I would start off with the 50 jet and if possible test it on a dyno with widebands. If not autotap should suffice. Once everything is looking good step up to a 75 pill if you have it and then to the 100. If it looks like you are running out of fuel I would consider upgrading to SVO 30lbs injectors and installing a Walbro in-tank pump. Be safe, take it slow and one step at a time, always use autotap or some other diagnostic tool instead of flying blind. I also noticed you have TR55's and with the NOS you'll want to go to TR6's with something like a .40 gap. Good luck.

I have never seen a tranny shifting faster on that 2-3 than mine does.
I love it.
On the heads cam:
I never officially told soemone about where I get my heads/cam.
But I´ll tell ya:
I mailed a lot with MattG about the ARE heads/cam and was close to purchasing.
I must say Matt does really good service!!!
I really hope now that Matt is not upset about not getting the
deal (this time)......
I don´t hope so as I will sure have lot´s of mods to order from him
in the future (for me and my buddies here in Austria).
....but I finally decided to go
SPEED DEMON MOTORSPORTS.
I had so many wishes and mailed about 100 times I think.
I´m not easy... I know that.
Chris @ Speeddemon motorsports does great service and is very
competent.
Can´t wait to see the results.
Only one thing:
My plan is going low 10`s on my car then.
I think it´s possible (need about 7 tenths out of the heads/cam/Ls6 intake
and locked up TC in 3rd gear)
If I cannot do low 10`s I´ll do a 200 Shot.
Future is a stroker :D
Now you know all my secrets!!:D
