Does the F45 suspension make the C5 sit slightly lower than the base C5 suspension? Mine has the F45 srtd suspension and its not lowered. It may just be me, but I think it sits just a bit lower than other stock vets with FE1. maybe a half inch at most. Anybody know for sure?
Measures just under 2.5 inches to edge of tire from edge of fender.

Reason: adding pics.
Base or F45 shocks will not make the car sit any higher or lower. Some cars are just adjusted a bit differently. Also, mileage may come into play...especially if you wou would happen to be on the higher side.
Since it's a '98 and 9 years old, it's possible that your springs have settled somewhat. Some of the corvette springs have been known to delaminate from various conditions as well. It probably wouldn't hurt to visually inspect the springs for safety reasons.
Also as a suggestion, I think they measure the ride hieght from the top of the wheel opening to the ground, may want to check that way. May not make a difference but dont remember hearing it stated in distance to the tire.
