Climate Controller Problem
I have 2000 with digital climate controller.
Whenever I turn the A/C on (not auto mode, just manual mode by pressing AC button), it always turns on with the 2nd lowest fan.
Even thought I turn it off with the lowest fan setting, it always turns on with the second lowest automatically.
Is this normal? If not, what do I need to look for?

I'm just gonna watch. I have yet to hear an explanation for the demon driven climate controls in these cars :-) It often seems that it turns the AC on when I'm asking for heat, or it takes three or four button presses to get it to do what I want. I'm sure it's me, but with the prominent controls being two nice big buttons with red sides and blue sides it wouldn't seem to far a stretch to expect that if I turn it on and turn it towards the red side the heat should come on, towards the blue side the AC should come on (once the temp I'm dialing to is less than the outside temp), never seems to work out that way :-)
