what is bump steer?
I am confused about what bump steer is, what causes it,what are the effects of it. I thank everybody in advance for sharing any knowledge on this subject

It is when a bump accually steers your car. Hit a bump and the suspension causes the front wheels to turn one way or the other very suddenly. Happens when suspension geometry is altered(like lowering) and the tie rod angle is affected. Can be very annoying and also dangerous.

Very easy to install, though you need to align afterwards. They should totally eliminate it, I ended up not needing a set I got after I went to pfadt coils and sways, there was no preload on the springs anymore which is also a factor.

The vehicle gets *darty* when going over bumps - especially at higher speeds.
If your car is out of allignment - it can cause dartiness.
Check all your steering components and make sure they are tight and in good working order.... check your shocks also.
