flowmaster series 80...
anybody try or have any input on tthese flowmaster series 80 muffler's.i alway's liked the sound of flowmaster's but seem's like defeating the performance purpose not going back to the cat's.thank's again....al.

From what I have heard from others who have had the FMs, they don't sound as good on the LSx motors becuase of the firing order not being the same as the old chevy's. Lot of guys dissapointed with them in both the sound department and the performance department.
IMO catbacks are for sound and looks, not much gain in performance on stock motors.
