Most places charge about $400-500.
If you can wait to get them on until you do your H/C then most places will put them on for free because the stock manifolds and H-pipe must be removed anyway.
So if you can wait, and get it all installed and tuned together you could save yourself nearly $1000. Well, that's how I look at it in my twisted way to justify doing MORE
You would pay for the first tune in full. Second time is much less since you have already been tuned once. I sent you the tuner's name. Who is doing cam and heads? Tuner I recommended can do this as well.

Forgot something, LG was selling/installing the headers at Carlisle last year for a good price including an initial tune, might want to contact them and find out if they are planning this again this year.
I agree that the tune is not needed for the header install. Vettenuts is right in that shops only charge you incrementally to retune. My shop only charges additional hourly time on the dyno. Your first dyno tune will probably be around $500, just guessing. The next tune may only be $175-$200, give or take.
