Do a search on power windows in the archives. 9 out of 10 times a good tap on the motor works. There are other common failures also. A loose connection in the wire connector inside the rubber accordion in the door jam by the hinges. And the worst case a bad relay in the control module. All items mentioned are in the archives even with pics.
