Default Car has a code, need vitamin C......

just installed LG headers, twin cone air filters, 373 gears, torque converter, and the Predator performance setting, car runs awesome but the engine light came on the second day of driving. P0102, the Predator said was Mass air flow, low input.... does anybody know what that means and what to do about it? Second code, P0894, unknown fault, does anybody know what this is and what to do about it? hooked the Predator up to it and read the codes and then cleared them and the light hasn't come back on but it's been only 50 miles and was wondering what that was all about... still, the car runs awesome. I appreciate any help as you guys are great on the C5 forum....

Taken from a webpage.

2000-2006 GM Passenger Cars and Light Duty Trucks

Diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0894 and P1870, Transmission Component Slipping,

Something to do with the TCC probably. You mentioned a new Torque Convertor. That is most likely the problem. Might want to check out the tuning for the TCC. Higher stall i imagine. Thats whats throwing the code I think.

Have someone setup the programming for the TCC and you should be fine. Diablosport may be able to set that up for you.

Just re-read your post. You mention light has not come back on. Well if it does you know where to look.

Kill the twin flow. on my 1st 97 it had the same code with that intake. I switched to a vortex and it was gone. Take one of the fliters off and stick the filter on the end of the MAF and reset the codes and see if the code comes back.
