transmission problem
hi, i recently had my 4l60e transmission rebuilt and this week when i raced it, the first run iran in overdrive and had no problems. the second run i ran in 3rd gear the rev limiter kicked on about 3/4 down the track, so i backed off the throttle, and then put it into overdrive and it seems like the tranny started slipping right away, this is happening in 3rd and overdrive. 1st and second there is no slippage. i pulled the codes up on the computer screen and ther was one code bo521( i think) which was tachometer circut signal failure. does this mean there is an electrical or sensor problem or do you think the trans is shot between 3rd and 4th gears. thanks for any advice you may have
