Some will say the ARH will make more power but it all depends on how much money you have to spend, if money is not a deal the go for the ARH, if you want budget headers that work just as good then go with TSP, I have them and they are great
LG's, QTP's or Dynatechs. The LG Pro's have a longer primary and merge collector tuned to around 3,500 RPM (from what I have read elsewhere). Dynatechs also have a long primary but no merge collector. The AR's have shorter primary's and "may" make more peak power, never demonstrated. QTP's are the only stainless Tri-Y available. Bassani's are a Tri-Y but are coated mild steel. There was a set of Bassani's available used in the for sale section.
Read up on how a header is designed and then make a decision, otherwise be prepared to read what everyone else has installed.
