Default FAST 90 intake and LS2 TB HELP

Hello

Probably a stupid question but I am a bit unsure and better to be safe than sorry so here goes...

http://www.gatbilar.se/viewImage.php...7&kat=1&event=

At this link you can see the engine valley on my new LS7 based motor that I am putting in my old C5, on top you see the vapour pipe from my old LS1 engine that as I understand should be scrapped now.
That original vapour pipe went through my old throttlebody.

With my FAST 90 intake and LS2 90 mm TB, I should now plug the two holes for the vapourpipe on the back of the block and use a crossover pipe for the two holes in the front but where should I pull it as my LS2 90 mm TB have no connectionfor this?

Also on the engine valley cover there is a new connection, red cap on the picture, where should that one be directed to the PCV system?

Thanx in advance

Tommy

Those are coolant lines. You need to get the LS6 conversion parts so you can use the Fast. You will also need to run a new coolant line to bypass the TB. I would not block this off as that is the highest point where the any bubbles from the block go.

You will need to purchase the LS6 coolant pipe/plug kit. Which as you guessed will plug the back coolant passages and provide a new front coolant pipe. The coolant lines that ran through the throttlebody will need to be joined together (the LS2 TB does not have this provision). You can either buy a throttlebody coolant bypass kit for the necessary fittings or just fabricate a coupler from your local hardware store. The red fitting is indeed a newer style PCV setup. Referencing this article http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=18 it appears you will simply need to plug your existing PCV locations and install the PCV valve between the new valley cover fitting and the port on the intake.
