On the old V belt pullies if you had a squeekey belt all you had to do was hit each belt with a mist of water and the offending belt would quiet down until it dried off. That would at least narrow the hunt down to one bad/ noisey belt. Shoot a little bit of water on the belt and see if it quiets down. Sometimes they get dry and need to be replaced. If the belt quiets down , you wiill have the peace of mind knowing that it is only a belt problem and not something more serious..
Sometimes you get a stickey substances on the belt and a little soap and water is all it takes to put an end to the noise.
Belt changes are easy and the belt arn't TOO much money.
