Default Looking at car, here's the DIC codes

I am looking at buying a 99 coupe with under 48k miles on her. It has some codes and was running just a little rough. I don't know much about the codes. I can look them up on the sites but I don't really know what they mean. I basically want to know if I have to worry about any of them or not? Are any of them things that need attention soon or right away
There are no C codes so does that mean that these are all things that were problems taken care of in the past?

Here are the codes he sent me that appear:

58-SDML:
B1001 H

60-IPC:
U1160 H

99-HVAC:
B0367 H

A0-LDCM:
B2282 H
B2262 H
B2264 H
U1064 H
U1016 H

A1-RDCM:
B2283 H
U1064 H
U1016 H

BO-RFA:
U1096 H
U1064 H
U1016 H

Ok, most of the codes are
- Loss of Communications with PCM
- Loss of Communications with BCM
- Loss of Communications with IPC
- Loss of Communications with LDCM
I have no clue what those mean. I can look them up and see the BCM is Body Control Module, but I still haven't a clue what this means and if it's something that needs fixing or was fixed since it's in the "History".

B0367: "Right Actuator Feedback Open". There is an old post here that talks about some $129 part in the left door needing to be replaced. Although everyone says the AC system works great with this code there. Is it something I should have done because it could lead to something bigger later or is it something to just forget about?

B2282: "Battery #1 Fault". The car started up just fine. Maybe it has a bad battery or it's the wrong kind. It was a DieHard battery in there at the moment. Does that even mean this kind of battery though?

Thanks for looking and any info.

Thanks for a quick reply. That was the news I was hopping for. I am probably going to pick up the car in a couple weeks but will clear the codes and bring it to a shop first so I can hopefully find out about any issues.

I would also clear the codes too. After the codes are cleared, pull the PCM fuse for about 20 seconds, plug the fuse back in, let the car run for a little bit and drive it a little if possible.

I would check all your grounds too, see the sticky thread about electrical stuff and it should help as well.
It took me about 2 hours to do the easy ones, taking them apart, brushing/sanding down to clean metal and reinstalling.
My cars been running significantly better since I did it, not sure if I am going to diginto the rest of them since I dont have any issues
