Someone with knowledge about PCM signal levels/types ?

A very technical question :)

I have ordered a shop manual for my 2000-HT but I can't wait for some info. This is what I need:

MAF, output level ?
MAF, output frequency range or pulsewidth range if fixed frequency ?

RPM, frequency range or pulsewidth range if fixed frequency ?

Speed, is this a voltage level, frequency or pulsewidth modulated signal ? Which range ?

Throttle position, voltage range ?

Rear O2 sensor B1, is this a voltage level, frequency or pulsewidth modulated signal ? Which range ?
Rear O2 sensor B2, as above.

I want to connect to the above signals close to the PCM so I'm interested in the signal type and range at the PCM. Which connector numbers and cable color on each ?

How about getting the KR signal parameters also.
