I have a problem with my roof. I have owned the car for 4 months and have had it in many rain storms I drove this weeknd with the roor off all weekend. I put it back on last night. It rained and this morning I was greeted by a lot of water. I must say that i did not latch the rear latch last night and did latch it this morning. I tested the drains both front and rear water flows thru both. Could not latching the back cause this problem. If not can anyone tell me where I should have it looked at. I am SE PA near Philadelphia.
The most common is the rear corners. When you put the top back on, make sure you do not "pinch" the weather stripping on the car. If you do, you'll block the rain channel and the water will run in the car and not down the channel.
Where the rear pins go in, on the car's body the rubber stripping has a "flap" Make sure it is not ripped or getting folded. Ripping it is easy and very common.
One of these days I'll do a write up with some pics. I see this complaint a few times a month.
