Hypertech #30025 w/vin locked

C5 stolen & Hypertech #30025 w/vin locked
I hope this is in the correct forum. I used to own a beautiful C5 2001 Red coupe. I had hypertech 30025 installed and got awesome results with it. My problem now some piece of HUMAN WASTE stole my baby this past Sun at 3 a.m. If I dont get my baby back in 1 piece.....is my Hypertech useless? How can I reset it, so I can sell it or should it be trashed?

It is not really locked. The Hypertech just swaps programs with the PCM. So the Hypertech is holding your car's original tune so you can switch back to it in the future. In that state the Hypertech isn't useful to anybody else.
