...what are the differences in years?what year for return etc?

Look under my hood Dom and you will see a no return system, 2003.

Sell me those rims, I nees 18's for my track set, forget douglass!!

They all have them, the only difference is the location:

'97-'98 the return line comes directly off the fuel rail.

'99 - up the return line comes off the fuel filter (which is actually a filter/pressure regulator combined.)
HTH

BTW, the '04 MAY be different as it has a different fuel system set-up. Maybe someone can chime in with specifics in the '04 as far as fuel return, etc.

it's actually mid year '03 for the FFS system, i think the vin break was somewhere near 15,000
