Active Handling for 1998
I have 3 1998 Service Manuals.
I've looked in the Table of Contents in each one for a reference to the Active Handling and can't find one. Was this option available in 1998?

Try looking under the brakes section. It will be referred to as JL4.
Contrary to the other posts, the reality is Active Handling was available early in the 1998 calendar year (mid-production). It was introduced as a part of the Pace Car package. Over 5000 cars had it installed in 98 production.
