Problem w/ PIAA 1100X
I have a problem w/ my PIAA 1100X. My PIAA's stopped working. I checked the fuse in the fuse box. It was OK. So then I got my test light to check and see where I was losing power. I checked the fog lights in the on position and off position. I traced it to the black harness that says PIAA PL5FA. It has 3 pins on one side and 4 pins on the other. The power doesn't go thru, so I unplugged both sides and on one side, there was some green rust. I cleaned both sides w/ alcohol and still nothing. Is this balck piece a relay or a switch? Can you buy it seperate? Anyone have any problems w/ this in the past?

When my PIAAS were installed we hard wired them in to the existing wiring. Only 3 inches of the PIAA wiring was used without any relays or :bs to go wrong. Maybe you should wire your the same way and eliminate the problem?
