Code help
I have these 2 codes that are current on the PCM. 0420, and 0430. TWC system low efficiency bank 1 and bank 2. Deos anyone know what that means?

your cats are bad. what are your exhaust mods? if you are going to use o2 sims, try doing a search for cbrf4i1, i picked up a set under $30.

It's the Rear 02 Sensors...
...that usually cause these codes after a long tube header install with hi-flo or No Cats...or, maybe in your case, the original '99 cats and/or Rear 02 sensors may be defective. You can have them tuned out..which is usually a $150 job done by an HP Tuners device (the software costs the Tuner $100 bucks!)....or if they are still available, a pair of 02 Sims* (shhh!) that would cost you approx. $100 to install in place of the 02 Rear Sensors would eliminate the codes... *(the EPA is cracking down on the distribution of these 02 Simulators)...fyi
