Coolant Leak Problem

Need Help Leaking Coolant!
Went to Vegas for a friends birthday party, got the call from my Brother that had he had lightly crashed my 98 Convertible into a telephone support while doing doughnuts. Bummer. Needless to say, I just got it back from the shop after 3 months and it now has the following problem. The accident was light, 5-10 mph and ripped up the driver side bumper and fender, headlight etc. Nothing to the passenger side. Now after driving it a couple days, i noticed a good size puddle of dex cool on the driveway. Drove it around about 10 miles and stopped. It seemed that the dex cool was seeping out from the surge tank cap. I could hear squeeling as well. Anyone had this problem? Is there a seal that goes on the surge cap, becuae I didnt see one on mine.
