Okay..I've been complaining about the sewing machine sound from my engine and have gone through a lot of changes i.e Cadillac Racing Lifter, longer push rods, to Harland Sharp rockers and have accomplished very little in quieting down the sewing machine sound.
So today I used my stethoscope and listened to the valve covers and I could hear a nice mechanical sound of the rockers doing their job. Then I place the stethoscope on the injectors and what a bunch of chattering coming from all 16 of them, next I went to the LS6 ported intake and I could hear the sound of the injectors being transfered to the intake.
So my conclusion is that a lot of the sewing machine sound is not coming from the roller rockers, push rods and cam but from the fuel injectors.
So my question now is; how noisy should SVO 30# injectors be and if I went to a larger injector would that quieten down the cycling of the injectors?
I think the 30# is where I should be with the mods I have and at 397RWHP.
Thanks for your input...

^ Yes... the majority of the noise is the injectors. However my valvtrain makes quite a bit more noise when the oil is hot than stock. I have Yella Terra ultralight roller rockers and a G5-X2 cam w/ 921s etc.
It's just the nature of the beast. Care is very very quiet in the morning compared to when the oil temp is over 220 when I'm back roads driving etc.
