I was wondering if this is aftermarket stuff? I just clipped these wires in an attempt to remove my aftermarket alarm. I disconnected the computer prior to removing these wires. I now do not have an alarm but I got "service vehicle soon" no tire preesure, and the infamous check engine light
Many alarm systems interrupt communication to the ECM. By just 'cutting' them, you've also disconnected the ECM. Do you have any info on the alarm? If not, hook the dang thing back up until you do. If the installer was lazy, you may be able to trace the wires back and color match them however there are several wires of the same color that do not do the same thing. This would only work if there are just a few and of different colors.

The post above pretty much covers all I can think of, they look like the stock wires by what I can see.
