What message are you getting ? It recognizes the radio, all you might get is a loss of communications, everything else should work fine.

The computer is on the data buss but it doesn't mess up anything when you disconnect it. I guess if you hooked something to the data buss you could cause problems.

The data buss is pin 16 orange wire on bottom plug. Put lock tab on top and pinn 11 is bottom right when looking at wire side of harness.

the two smaller plugs are for the bose module. go to the audio/electronics forum, plenty of info in there.

Check that box to the side of the speaker on both doors. They are color coded. Sounds like you got one in the wrong spot in one of the doors.

Its very possible to plug them in wrong!

you could start by describing what you removed and what you installed and how you did it, as in provide the details. noone has any idea what you actually did when you say "stereo install".

"stereo install" is so open it could mean a bunch of things and is useless just telling us that.

im my last post i meant the radio is on the data buss and wire is in connector as i described. mess with it and you can stop data buss communications which messes up all systems in car.

Do the DIC self tests, hopefully someone can post link i don't know where it is right now.
