Default Please help! No telescopic column!

My steering column in my 03 Z06 is stuck in the most upright position, it's like I'm driving a bus! Can someone please give me some suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

P.S. I installed a corvettes of Houston CLB today but to the best of my knowledge I never adjusted the wheel prior to or during installation.

Are you saying your tilt wheel is stuck in the upper position or is the telescoping portion commanded out all the way?

It's stuck in the upper position! I don't like being a bus driver either so please help!

(correction. I believe Z's only came with tilt. Thanks!)

So its the tilt and not the telescoping portion. Is there tension on the tilt lever such as the spring return on the lever? Oh, my '99 Coupe has both tilt and telescoping so it wasn't Z's only.
Either way, you will need to remove the upper and lower steering column covers and see if you can find what's up with it. I know there is a pivot pin in there that may have backed out.

yeah, it's a tilt column and I managed to get it free by holding the tilt lever in and giving the wheel a swift yank. Thanks for the help!
