Outside temp gauge problem????
Im having a problem with my outside temp gauge and wanted to know if anyone else has this same issue. When I turn on the A/C the outside temp gauge goes up by about 6-8 degrees, if I turn the A/C off, it goes down. Can somebody with a 97or98 C5 and see if their gauge acts the same way. WE are facing temps here in Atlanta around 97-98 degrees, and when the A/C is turned on outside temp goes to about 105-106 degrees, turn A/C off and temp gauge goes back to 97-98degrees. If this is normal, then Ill quit being a worry wart. Engine temp is always ok, I have a 160 degree thermostat and low temp fan switch, so engine is not overheating... any ideas???? thanks ron
