Based on tonight's experience, when you buy the entire assembly, DO NOT cut the zip tie that is securing the cabling where they cross over each other. That zip tie is used to secure the cabling to the inner body of the door which keeps the window from getting stuck on the cabling as it goes down.
BTW, anyone know how/where to get one of those special zip ties? I will edit this post and include a pic when my camera battery recharges.
