Cooling Fan Question
OK, I have code P0480. I used EFI to try and activate on low and got nothing, no fans.
I set fans to high and passenger right side fan runs. Not sure of sequence but I am guessing at least one fan is dead or is lh fan for low coolant temp/low speed and is right side fan for high speed?

In a stock configuration, both fans operate on low or both fans operate on high.
Suggestion: check for presence of voltage at the connector plug to the left side fan when you command it "on", or you might try jumping a couple leads directly to the L/H fan from the battery.
