For an LS1 is this the correct route for the hoses? Hose outta the intake manifold goes into the valve cover and the throttle body goes into the upper hose?
As demonstrated in the other post in the illustration, you've got it backwards. Plus, you're missing the PCV valve which connects between the manifold hose and PCV hose.
For that hose, it looks like you are missing the PCV valve or you've bypassed it with the hose to the intake. Without it, you will run super lean and will have lots of issues. The diagram posted above shows you the pcm location. Whatever the year of your car, connecting the intake manifold directly to the valve covers, won't work.
