The first thing that you need to do is remove the crap splices and solder/heat shrink the connections for a solid proper connection.
I would also remove the inoperative alarm and the crap add on wires. Then recheck things for proper operation.
GM C5 corvette has known problems with the door control wiring harness conectors. Some of the connector wires become exposed and cause all sorts of bad electrical issues.
Remove the rubber accordion tubes on both doors and inspect the connectors for exposed wires.
