I have a sensor that will occasionally read 8psi and then will give a different reading after cycling the ignition.
What is going on here? What is the life expectancy on a tire sensor?

If you have a 2000 or older the sensors are rated at 7yrs or 100,000 miles, your sensors battery is prob on its way out. You can try to retrain the sensors w/ a magnet to see if that fixes it. I am sending you a pm.
