Maybe somebody out there has had this happen to them and knows the answer.
My 2001 Coupe / Project is up and running. I converted it from and automatic to a six speed.
My only problem is that none of my lights work after I start the car up.
- I have no codes.
- The headlights are out but there is power to the headlights when I turn on the light switch on the stalk.
- My DRL's do not work.
- My fog lights do not work.
- I have no lighting in the dash.
- When the light switch is on, and I flip high beams on indicator light for high beams comes on. Also chime for leaving light switch on works when you pull key from ignition with light switch on.
- My approach lights, fog lights and DRL's work when I unlock car.
- My brake lights, turn signals and hazzards all work.

Well, since no one else has chimed in yet....I've done this swap myself, however, it was in a T/A not the Vette, and this might sound stupid, but are you sure you hooked everything up and did you check all the fuses not only under the passenger side foot well but also in the engine compartment? If so, I'm sure if you get a wiring diagram, you'll easily find out what could be the cause of the issue. Good luck

Thanks for the suggestions. I checked fuses and they were all right.
Yeah, will guess that you are missing a ground. Start with the two forward frame rail grounds as they are near the the hood risers. Did you have the BCM out? If so, check to make sure all the connectors are properly seated.
Well I finally figured out my problem it was a loose wire in one of the circuits (#240) which is the orange hot lead in conector C219 (multifunction stalk) that controls the dash lights, side markers and Interior lighting.
