Comp 921 springs ? Should I change them?

Comp 921 springs ? Should I change them?
I have had them in for probably 20,000 miles or so with my G5X3 cam and I bought a set of AFR heads with just the valves because I dont think that the 921 springs need to be changed but I just wanted to double check. Thanks

It depends on what kind ot 20k miles are on them. 80 thousand 1/4 mile runs I would say your way over due. 
It it's a nice street car you should check a couple and see how they are holding up. I intend to check mine at 20k but expect to get about 25k out of them on my "Gentleman's Cruiser". Specs below.
