I gotta 2k spd. w/ heads ,cam, headers, freeflo cats, intake(manif.& filter),will the borla produce a lil or lot more hp. than a zo-6 ti system,if its minimal ,Id go with less noise??
was wondering if there is any dyno proof with these type of setups, seems like a lot of info gets repeated w/out any hard tests, would like to know for sure if the borla's just add noise compared to the ti's.

I dyno'd my car w/ and w/o Ti's and picked up 1rwhp with them off as opposed to them on. Ti's aren't much of a restriction.
Tony Mamo did a test on them a few years back, bottom line was buy exhaust for sound as there isn't much gain from the Ti's. The weight savings though is another matter.
I'd think your best bet is the GM Ti system. It sounds good and has good power in the 400-430 rwhp range. I have an older Borla and the Ti system for my H/C car and I like the GM Ti system better.

As others have said..No real power differential. Get the Ti or Corsa Touring and life will be grand
The Ti exhaust is the best exhaust out for the C5, period. There are members laying down 600+ hp with the Ti's. They are light weight and they have zero drone which is great if your car sees any street cruising.
The Borlas are loud... sometimes I think about swapping back, but everytime that thought enters my head someone goes out of there way to compliment the way the car sounds.
