No all I sprayed the stang with was 100 I have never sprayed the car with the 150 and I have the timing on the car backed down 8 degrees for the 100 shot so my timing is backed down 2xs what is recommened per 50 shot "Most say 2 degrees per 50".
My tuner wants me to start spraying at 2500 but I haven't "fingers crossed" had any probs yet spraying it at 2250 and I have sprayed it at as low as 2000 with the 100 shot. The way my system works is the solinoids are actavated with the a postitve by my NX TPS switch and then my digital MSD box gives the negative to them once it hit the programmed rpm I select for it.
Stock 3.15 gears and stock convertor the best I can stall it up to is 1450-1500 rpm. I'm hopeing that it can hook good enough that I can raise the tire pressure up to 30 psi and get it moving out of the gate better. Even if it spins the wheels a couple feet thats usually when it runs the best. My typical 60' is low 1.9s on the motor. Its once the car gets moving that it comes to life.
Well the date finally came and the Cobra wasn't able to show up. But I did get to line up with a new GT500 with a KB supercharger an a few other mods an beat up on him instead!! lol
My car went 11.33 @ 124mph to the GT500's 11.55 @ 125

Still not enough to take a c5 with a 150 shot if the drivers/tires are equal.
IF he dynoed 330whp (which I cant see how when I only dynoed 315 with mods in sig) motor only, then 150 shot and the added mods IS eneough to beat the slobra or AT LEAST be side by side with the cobra, you have to factor in the 500-600 lb difference the cobra has

I think some of you are underestimating the cobra. I had an 03 cobra with same mods minus the et streets and I was putting down 472 rwhp and 494 rwtq. I could never hook at the track but I was trapping at 119 mph. With et streets, and a good driver, he should be around 11.5-11.6. This will in no way be a stomping on anyones part.
OK GUYS NOT TO BANG ON A FORD (MY OTHER TOY IS A 500HP LIGHTNING, GOD I LOVE TORQUE) BUT WHEN A COBRA HAS A UPPER PULLEY RATHER THAN A LOWER EVERYONE KNOWS THE BELT SLIPS. THE ONLY REASON ANYONE EVEN BUYS THOSE THINGS IS THEY ARE CHEAP. EVEN IF THE CAR DYNOED WELL A LITTLE WARE ON THE BELT AND IT SLIPS THEN THE TUNE IS NOT AS ACCUATE CAUSE BOOST IS NOT AS HIGH AT ANY GIVEN RPM. THAT BEING SAID THAT CAR IS HEAVY, SO KNOWING THE WEIGHT OF THE CARS AND AVERAGE POWER OUTPUT OF BOTH CARS(WITH SAME MODS). THE COBRA IS GOING TO GET STOMPED. BESIDES A FRIEND OF MINE HAD AN 04 WITH CAI, FULL EXHAUST AND A 10# LOWER WITH A DYNO TUNE. THE BEST IT COULD PULL ON THE STREET WITH DRAG RADIALS WAS A 12.46 (THANKS TO MY GTECH ) AND HE ONLY MADE 446 RWHP ON A MUSTANG DYNO. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS SOLD BEFORE ANY TRACK TIMES WHERE MADE BUT HIS NEW VETTE IS NICE
Rip1976 that was an awsome run, What does your car run in the 1/4 on motor only?And you say it dynoed at 330 @ the wheels? And you have 315 gears?

An actually my car only dynoed 320hp/333 tq an my spray came on at 2500 an yes that is with no convertor an 3.15 gears an as Jim "Hex" at SW Tuning calls them "well I can say there here" cheap Ebay headers. Anyone that dosen't believe me just ask Hex he will tell you I ain't lieing about my setup he was the one that tuned it.

BTW I didn't get a chance to run the 04 Cobra last night but he ran a friend of mine an he beat the Cobra by about 1 car an me an buddys Z is neck an neck with eachother.
There is quite a bit of misinformation about the Cobra in this thread.
Upper pulley and all the usual mods it can go anywhere between 11.2 and 11.8 on the average. Some goofs get in and do mid 12's, but that is not the norm.
With upper pulley only on 18" street tires I was running around 11.75 average at about 119.
With upper and lower pulley, ported blower, I was running 11.4's, still on 18" street tires anywhere from 122 to 125.
There are plenty of Eaton cars in the 10's w/o spray.
11.33 is stout. He's gonna have to have a pretty good setup to run with that.
