Hesitation on track, engine missing, fuel delivery?

Hesitation on track, engine missing, fuel delivery?
Started getting what felt like fuel starvation or loose plug wire last time on the road course. Never had this before. During high G-force turns would loose power under load , engine sputter like bumping the rev limiter, then power would come back instantly. Added fuel to tank , no better. Changed 8 spark plugs, secured plug and coil pack connections- no better. No codes thrown by engine. LAst night I put fuel pressure guage on , got 60. Unclear what the spec is in the manual. 45? 60 ? So I drove with the guage on to replicate the problem. When the sputtering occurs under load the fuel pressure guage needle was jumping wildly from 56- 64 . Then would settle back to 60 when I drove easier. Next step I plan is fuel filter change, check the diaphram on the fuel gismo next to the fuel rail. BTW no evidence of any vaccum leaks or arcing from the plug wires.... anybody else been through this... thanks
