NO COMMS means the serial buss for that module or the power for that module isnt working or has failed. Start with the fuses for that module and system. If the fuses are good, disconnect the MAIN connector to that module and make sure the connections are clean and the plug fits in the module tight.
You could also have a shorted serial buss wire in that module OR in another module. Do you get any other NO COMMS issues for other modules or any funky IPC or door control module problems???
If it is for the HVAC module, check to see if there are any other codes and if ther are clear them.

RTD - NO COMM
HVAC - NO COMM
SCM - NO COMM
Also, I can clear all codes and all start the car, immediately go back in to check codes and I get B0432HC.
As mentioned in another post, my A/C stopped working and the A/C screen is completely dark.

If you have NO COMMs it either means that the module/s is missing power or the serial buss for that module is open or shorted. Check power first.
Sounds like your missing power to the HVAC module. DTC B0432HC. is the rear window defroster relay which could be a fault of the HVAC No Comms issue.
Check fuses first.
