I'd go the straight version for the C5. That model suits most cars quite well. I'd be happy to pics pictures, although as a fellow forum user, I would understand if people didn't want anything to do with having a product pushed, particularly any sponsors (unless they wanted to retail/support). So would prefer to keep my comments and discussion interest just on the interesting tech side of using the progressive displays types
Anybody know of a good shift light (will flash at a certain RPM to indicate rev limit) that can be easily installed on C5 FRC 6spd? Thanks...
The GM shift light can be programmed by a tuner to come on at any RPM you want it to.
My tuner did it on my Z06 and works just fine at the RPM I asked for
The shift light can be reprogramed by a tuner ( Not hand held) to come on at any specified RPM, this is what my tunner did when he did mine. He told me afterwards , nice, part of the service. But like the man said who posted before me, half the time I am too busy to notice it especially during the day. At night it is pretty noticable. I have a Raptor, but have not installed it yet, still trying to figure out where I want it.
