Need help ASAP
Hey I just failed smog check in Cali and I got a code 10PCM 1153 H C
is that code a HO2O sensor. I think it is an OXIGEN sensor car is 2001 C5 long tube Dynatech bullet cats borla stingers. It also has a yank 3600 stall can that interfeer with the smog check in cali. Rpm not being correct because of the stall converter. It failed the 14-1600 rpm test emitions too high it even smelled rich and the 2500 rpm test was maxed out but passed. has anybody had simmiler issues any help????

Sometimes you need to run the **** out of the car just before the test and really heat up the cats. Take it the highway or a back road and get on it just before the test.

Perhaps you need a new sensor? Was the car tuned after the LTs?
