Default Question about LS6 intake.....

Are there any differences between Vette LS6 and 02 Camaro LS6 intakes or are they identical? What would i have to do to use it on my 2000?

Thanks

Nope. All 01+ Camaro/Corvettes have the same intake manifold. Just swap over all your old parts and your set.

If you are swapping your stock '00 LS1 intake manifold for an LS6 intake manifold you will need to purchase the coolant pipe and two coolant pipe plugs to complete the conversion. The coolant pipe and plugs are around $45 shipped from Scoggins-Dickey, Thunder Racing, or GMPartsHouse. Just give one of them a call and tell them you need the LS1 to LS6 intake conversion coolant pipe and 2 plugs, they will know what you need. If you run into any problems, PM me and I can get the part numbers for you. Hope this helps.

Also remove the two green plastic clips on the knock sensor wires before setting the Z06 manifold down on the engine.
