If I were in your position, I would just try to find a used header, put up some posts, because even if you take out the dent, it still wont flow properly. Your best bet is to try to find another header(itll be hard) and be done with it. A lot of technology goes into how these peform and flow.
I hit a big rock in the road, there was no way to avoid it. Anyways here are the pics of them. Can anyone help with some info on how to fix it. Thanks!

It doesnt feel like it! I have a guy that welds stainless and he said he might can do it. If not I have already talked to bobby at LG about some used headers. Im gonna wait till I get my lift installed so it will make it easier. I might try the ball bearing thing first just to see. And then try the other options.
It sounds like maybe a combination of both solutions would be best.
When I used to roadrace motorcycles, a buddy of mine and I repaired and sold wrecked motorcycles as a means of supporting our habit. We used a stud welder/dent puller like this to repair the gas tanks.
You can buy all kinds of different studs for it. Of course, it wouldn't make sense monetarily to buy one, but you might ask around at local body shops, or even in the body shop deptartment of a dealership.
Get it close with the stud welder and then use the ***** and a small hammer (off the car of course) to get back the roundness.
