Hi
I have a 1998 C-5 coupe, The passanger side window no longer works, When I push eather window switch all I hear is a click. Can anyone help me out or shoud this be a dealer job. The driver side works fine. I just had the windows tinted but I watched and nothing was removed. Thanks jerryk :cry
Attempt to retrieve troble codes from the RDCM, my guess is you will get a 'NO COMM', which in this case, means you will need the right hand door control module.

I had this problem with my passenger window. I did not have a no-comm dtc. The problem is the regulator cable, which required a motor and regulator replacement. Luckily mine was under warrenty, it said $330 for the part on the receipt!
While pressing the passenger window switch, smack the inner door panel to the upper right of the speaker (not the speaker though) with the palm of your hand.
You might have to do it a couple times, but it should free up the stuck motor contacts.
Not a permanent fix, but it'll save you $330 in the interim. Mine did this once, over a year ago, and it has not happened since.
Flintstone is right. THe motor is located just under the inside dooe handle. Check out the picture and aim at where the three fasteners are under the inside handle.
