C5Solutions, who market the Window Commander, has four pages of instructions with diagrams, most of which cover the removal of the door panel. I have a hard copy I downloaded. Now I can't find their site. If you have a fax you can e-mail me your number and I'll send you copies.
It's an easy procedure but the instructions are essential to avoid damage.

It's not to tough.
First rol the window in the down.
Second, remove the plastic cone around the door release. There are four interal clips which you need to release. On the drivers side, insert a large flat metal screw driver at the bottom right edge between the plastic cone and the piece that has the door release in it. This take a little effort. More than I was willing to give initially. You may want to pull on the door release as you do this. After this releases, move to the clip directly above the bottom one. The last two remove fairly easily.
Next pull the cover off at the door handle and take a Torx driver to remove these screws.
Then with a door removal tool (I called it a puddy knife before it did this) insert it at the bottom of the door panel. There are 5 or 6 door clips which, when you gently pull on the door panel, give way. With a little effort they will pop out. To find the next one side the tool around the door until you locate them all.
Next lift the panel off. The first panel took me about 10 minutes. The next one took me two.
