Head torque for C-5
Is the following correct?
1. Hand tighten all M-8 and M-11 bolts.
2. Torque all 10 M-11 bolts to 22lb-ft (Using torque sequence)
3. Turn all M-11 bolts 90 degrees. (Using torque sequence)
4. Turn bolts 1 through 8 another 90 degrees. (Using torque sequence)
5. Turn bolts 9 and 10 an additional 50 degrees. (Why not 90 degrees?)
6. Torque bolts 11 through 15 to 22 lb-ft. (Using torque sequence)
So if I understand this right, bolts 1-8 tighten a total of 180 degrees plus 22 lb-ft, bolts 9 and 10 tighten to 140 degrees plus 22 lb-ft, and bolts 11-15 tighten to 22 lb-ft.
