Hey guys, I a, almost done installing my ECS meth kit but for some reason my low level indicator doesn't work. I tried getting it to come on before I finished the install just to make sure it works.
Well it doesnt. I have the tank out for a few weeks before I got around to putting eveyrthing back together. Now when I plugged it in and let water run out til it was empty it didnt trip the DIC.
I don't get any message at all, I tried unplugging it several times, cleaned the connections, rotate the sending unit different ways.
I even pulled it out and held it in my hand and open and closed that floater and nothing.
If its just an on/off switch, can you open and close the connection with a wire (leave the switch out) or put a meter across the switch and see if you see an open/close on the switch.

I don't quiet understand what you mean by this. I figured that if the sensor inside my washer tank went bad, then it would say low washer fluid. At least thats what it seems like I read on these forums.
But mine says nothing, whether the tank is full or empty
