Default Help with O2 trouble codes & other codes

welp i installed LT headers and midpipes with hi flow cats 2 weeks ago and now ive gotten some codes....also installed vararam intake,160 stat and diablo predator tune

p0141- o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
p0155- o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1
po161- o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 2
p1133- o2 insuffient switching bank 1 sensor 1.

the first three im assuming the o2 sensors are bad since i jsut used the old ones...but what does the p1133 mean?

also i did get a lean code (forgot to write it down) so i set the predator tuner back to factory tune (what should i do?)

also i got a misfire code once (forgot to write down) what could that be?

and i did get code p0522 which is engine oil pressure sensor low voltage, which i think is a common problem with these cars, i just replaced it a couple weeks ago...which one normally goes bad and the low voltage does mean its bad or needs to be repalced right? cause the gauge bounces around.

thanks in advance!!!

P1133 is an Oxygen Sensor //The pcm will monitor the Heated oxygen sensor ,during this monitoring the pcm counts the # of times that the H02S switches from rich to lean & Lean to Rich ,when the PCM determines that the H02s did not switch enough times a Dtc p1133 will set ,A lean to rich switch is detirmined when the H02S Voltage Changes From less than 300 mV To greater than 600 mV ,A Rich to lean is detirmined when the H02s Voltage Changes from more than 600mV to less than 300mV

Check to see if you melted the wires, common problem. Also, did you get a tune? If you did not install the rear O2 sensosrs you need to have the codes removed with a tune.

Not sure about the oil pressure code, usually the sensor fails and it shows very high pressure but no codes.

Possibly did not get plug wire on all the way after install.
p0141- o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
po161- o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 2
Heater signal form O2sensor to PCM not in range, check O2 sensor fuse and wiring, possibly bad O2

What year are you?

so i def need an o2 sensor for p1133...what about all the other o2 codes?

i will check the wires tomorrow to see if any are melted...shouldnt be tho as i zip-tied them back. and i do have all 4 o2 sensors installed

the oil pressure has been siting at 80 psi and it says 128-130psi on the screen.

i did go back and double check all the wires and all are on good and tight. misfire code only happened once and hasnt happened since, same for the "lean" code i got.

car is a 1999, m6, 66,000 miles....did get and installed the tune that came with the predator programmer but thats when i got the "lean" and "misfire" codes" so i put back to factory til i figured it out.

The sensor" 2 "codes( rear 02 sensors) you won't be able to correct--even with new ones--They are a result of the LT's and the hi-flo cats--The only way around them is to program them out--In the diagnostics files put in "Not reported" and " No Mil"--that will eliminate the codes--the only way you can--The sensor "1" code and the swithching code will probably fix itself when you turn those 1st 2 off---It is prob going into cat protection mode--
Check the usual things like connectors plugged in properly--NO exhaust leaks--A.I.R. tubes connected right with no leaks--Check valves working --for the sensor 1 code as well--
The random misfire code could be a plug wire off-closed gap on plug from being dropped
Your tune is going to be way off with all those mods at once--especially your LTFT (fuel trims) in closed loop--Also check your WOT fuel-If you don't have a wideband--then get it close with the narrowband to be safe--somewhere around .900-.920 millivolts

Best plug (IMO) is the NGK TR55----It is not a platinum or irridium plug--just a plain copper core plug--Copper is the best metal to use to dissapate heat-All the BS and marketing about those fancy plugs is just to get $10 a plug out of you--The plats do last longer but don't work as well--you'l have to change the copper core plugs more often--but with mods i'd deff go back to old school copper core--(you don't see NASCAR using Platinum plugs)----And they are cheap--$1.75 ea.
