I just completed this task over the weekend! 
During the week i read lots of how-to's, saw that video, ordered my motor/regulator and headed over to a friends house (stl94lt1) guess i didn't feel confident enough to do it with no one around (plus i had to borrow some of his tools)
I think it might taken a halfhour or so...i've had the door panel off so many times during the past few weeks (troubleshooting) that i've become a pro at removing it! As it turns out, i didn't really need his help at all....VERY EASY INSTALLATION!!!!
and get this.......i'm a girl
