My C5 is throwing 38 codes!
Basically, I have three options.
1. I try to make some of the repairs myself, with the help of my forum friends
2. I give in and take the car to Chevy and expect to pay a lot of money.
3. I sell the car and get a new one.
The codes that I am showing:

I know that's a lot of codes and some are the same under a different category. I do know how to look them up. But I don't understand the connection between them all. Can anyone help.

Looking at the wide variety of systems reporting here, one thing that immediately comes to MY mind, at least, is that many of them are BCM (Body Control Module) related.
For starters, go to the stickies at the top of the C5 Tech forum page and read them regarding any issues involving water (coming through the HVAC ducting) getting on the BCM. Very very informative and helpful and a very good place to start. BTW, the good news is that generally the water leakage issue is fairly inexpensive to cure, but this must be addressed and not allowed to continue or it COULD get expensive.
HTH
BTW, there are possible multiple causes at work here. There is another issue that could be at play here too involving the wire harness in the driver's side door, but check out the water related stickies first and get back to us.

On a more serious note, LoneStarFRC has the issue nailed down. If it is a moisture problem in the passengers foot well, you need to get it fixed quick. The moisture will cause the BCM to corrode and destroy its self.
Ive seen many cars with this issue and you have a serious problem with the serial data buss that is going to leave you stranded one day soon. It happened to me, so,,,,,,been there done that!
Mine was the door wiring harness problem. The serial data buss wire insulation pulls out of the connector back shell and some how shorts out in the door frame.
Checking out the connector is easy. Pop off the accordion tube and pull the connectors out of the door frame hole.

Here is the offending wire:

Once I insulated my wire, NO MORE ISSUES!
